Libby's Loving Hands in Easton, MD is looking for an assessment RN to join our strong team. We are located on 32 S Washington St Ste 3. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged on-call nurse.

Responsibilities

• Motivating patients to help restore and improve their home care experience.
• Providing medication oversight for LPN's, CNA's and CMT's.
• Identifying patient care requirements.
• Assuring the quality of care to patients through adhering to agency standards.
• Ensuring that patients and fellow employees adhere to infection control policies and protocols, medicine administration procedures and regulations.
• Assessing patients on admission, when conditions change and annually thereafter.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills, great empathy for others and the ability to maintain kindness and compassion for everyone.
• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent critical-thinking skills and the ability to respond quickly to emergency situations.
• Team-oriented mentality and good leadership skills.
• Extreme diligence to work during on-call including weekends and holidays.
• Open-mindedness and willingness to learn and improve their skills and competence.
