Chiropractic Assistant with Office Management Opportunity - Enlighten Chiropractic

Enlighten Chiropractic, a high-end neurological chiropractic clinic, is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Assistant with the potential to grow into an Office Manager role. We are looking for someone eager to learn the fundamentals of chiropractic care, excel at creating exceptional patient experiences, and who is passionate about health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and assist in creating outstanding patient experiences from first contact through follow-up care
• Support daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth functioning and a welcoming environment
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty
• Learn staff scheduling, training, and performance management with a focus on patient-centered care
• Assist with financial tasks including billing, insurance claims, and budget management
• Help coordinate marketing efforts and manage social media presence to engage with patients and the community
• Learn about healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records
• Assist with patient therapies and exams (training provided)
• Conduct X-rays after receiving on-the-job certification (training provided)

Requirements:

• Strong desire to create exceptional customer/patient experiences
• Must work well as part of fast paced team
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
• Interest in healthcare and willingness to learn office management skills
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in office software and social media platforms
• Willingness to learn about healthcare regulations and insurance procedures (all training provided) "the fun stuff"
• Passion for health and wellness—both physical and mental—including chiropractic care
• Willingness to obtain X-ray certification (provided on the job)

Schedule:

• Mon-Thurs 8:30am-12:30pm, 2:30pm-7:00pm (32-35 hrs/week)

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time
• Compensation: $16-20 per hour, performance bonuses, additional incentives, and complimentary world-class chiropractic care
• Location: In-person
