Job Description The Associate Director will be responsible for the strategy and execution of Direct-to-Patient (DTP) Marketing efforts for SUBLOCADE across channels, including point of care in HCP offices and direct to consumer advertising initiatives. The successful candidate will lead the DTP marketing team for SUBLOCADE, defining customer-specific strategies and executing plans to achieve business goals. The Associate Director, DTP Marketing will report to the Senior Director, Brand Customer Marketing and have full accountability for Consumer brand marketing efforts in the US. This role will collaborate across the Brand team including HCP, B2B and Operations partners, as well as functions such as Sales, Market Access, Insights and Analytics, and Training. This role is visible and critical to the success of Indivior in the US. Skills and Requirements Bachelors Degree o An advanced degree in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences is highly preferred. 7+ years of related experience in the pharma/biotech industry with a proven, consistent history of high performance in brand marketing positions.
