About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Advancement Officer to spearhead its fundraising, marketing, and strategic partnership efforts. This senior-level position is pivotal in leading the organization's advancement initiatives, including the management of donor and grantor relationships, as well as the design and execution of a premium seat license program. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive fundraising strategies and will work closely with the Board and key stakeholders to enhance the impact of the performing arts community both locally and beyond. The ideal Chief Advancement Officer for the company will be a seasoned leader with a passion for the arts and a strong commitment to community engagement. The role requires effective collaboration with the staff and other key partners to further the organization's mission of providing extraordinary experiences and inclusive access to the arts, entertainment, and education. Candidates should have a proven track record in fundraising and be adept at fostering creative collaboration. A deep understanding of the performing arts landscape and experience in managing partnerships with educational institutions and cultural organizations is essential.
