About the Role
The Company is in need of a strategic Chief of Staff to the CEO. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the integration of the company's aggressive inorganic growth strategy, with a focus on horticulture and ESG. This role involves working closely with the CEO and the private equity firm to prioritize and drive high-impact strategic growth initiatives. The ideal Chief of Staff will have a background that includes over three years of consulting experience from a top-tier firm, and more than two years of industry experience. A top-tier MBA is highly preferred for this position. Applicants for the Chief of Staff role at the company should be adept at managing the complexities of a high-growth, dynamic business environment. Key responsibilities include leading the execution of the growth strategy, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring that the CEO's vision is effectively communicated and implemented throughout the organization. The role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in both consulting and industry, who can bring a combination of analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills to the table.
