About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer to join their leadership team and drive the strategic direction of all HR functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies that support the organization's business plan and foster a vibrant, cause-driven culture. This includes talent recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development. The role also demands a leader who can ensure HR compliance with all employment-related laws and regulations, and who can act as a trusted business partner for multiple stakeholders. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with at least 10 years' of progressive experience in leadership, organizational development, or human resources. Essential qualifications include a deep knowledge of HR functions, experience in talent management, and a strong command of HR technology. The Chief People Officer will be accountable for a large staff, including direct supervision of HR team members, and must have a proven track record in leading and managing others. The ideal candidate will have a background in a senior management role, a Master's degree, and HR certifications are preferred.
