About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead its product management and engineering organizations. The CPO will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for defining and executing the product strategy in alignment with business goals. This includes driving the development and delivery of innovative solutions that add value to the customer base. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in product management and engineering leadership, particularly within the B2B2C SaaS space, and will be adept at market analysis, identifying customer needs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity. The role demands a visionary leader who can create and communicate a clear product vision, and who is capable of building and mentoring high-performing teams. Applicants for the CPO position at the company should possess at least 10 years' of experience in relevant leadership roles and be expert communicators with a strong executive presence. A deep understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and a history of bringing innovative products to market is essential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, as well as a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and a proven ability to drive ROI. Experience in SaaS product-led growth strategy, building partner ecosystems, and a strong embrace of market research and customer feedback are also required. Familiarity with PII regulations and experience with machine learning, AI, and data products is a plus. The CPO will be expected to be a team player, collaborative, accountable, and transparent, and to embody the company's values of recognition, integrity, speed, and empathy.
