Job Description
We are offering a contract-to-hire employment opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist in the healthcare industry. The position is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, 55406, United States. In this role, you will oversee a high volume of email communications, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient resolution of inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Accurate categorization and assignment of customer emails to the appropriate customer service representatives based on their skills and experience.
• Manage and monitor a high-volume email inbox, ensuring all client messages are attended to promptly.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints via email while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Implement and uphold customer service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Regular analysis of the effectiveness of current procedures and continuous improvement efforts.
• Liaise with other departments or personnel as necessary to address customer inquiries.
• Monitor and report on email metrics, including volume received, response time, nature of inquiries, and service representative performance.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all correspondence.
• Utilize computer programs and CRM tools like HubSpot for efficient internal communications and customer relations management.
• Regularly evaluate and report on the performance of customer service representatives in managing emails.
• Proficiency in computer programs relevant to customer service operations
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
• Proven ability to assist customers in a healthcare setting
• Excellent email communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage professional email correspondence
• Strong internal communication skills to liaise with other departments
• Prior experience in the Healthcare/NHS industry is preferred
• Customer Success Specialist experience or a similar role is a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive and complex customer service issues
• Willingness to stay updated on new products and services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
