We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. This position is open exclusively to applicants residing in California.

Position Overview: As a Data Entry Clerk , you will play a vital role in supporting our operations by accurately entering and maintaining data related to our parks, employees, and guests. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that our data is reliable and up-to-date, contributing to the overall efficiency of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data in our databases and management systems.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized records and documentation of all entries.
• Assist with data cleanup and deduplication tasks as needed.
• Generate reports and summaries based on entered data for management review.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve data entry processes.
• Respond to inquiries regarding data entry and assist with data-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be a resident of California.
• Must have California five years working experience

Pay: $42,000 - $48,000
