Job Description

ARC Document Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented FM On-Site Services Supervisor to join our team. As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing on-site employees, and ensuring the efficient production and delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
• Follow guidelines set forth in standard operating procedures
• Receive, process, and maintain orders for copier and finishing services
• Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy
• Manage and schedule resources to meet workflow demands
• Perform minor repairs and routine equipment maintenance
• Establish and adjust work procedures to meet production schedules
• Supervise and support a team of 3 on-site employees
• Answer telephone inquiries with a positive and energetic attitude
• Provide proactive information to clients regarding deadlines
• Abide by company rules and regulations, including safety protocols

Qualifications and Experience:

• 0-1 year of experience in duplicating work or reprographic environment
• Ability to make arithmetic computations and perform job-related mathematics
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures accurately
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively promote company products and services
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, be detail-oriented, and respond to inquiries from customers
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift objects of moderate weight, and work in noisy surroundings

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage 3 on-site employees

Physical Demands:

• Ability to visualize the quality of copied products
• Ability to grasp, lift, and set down objects of moderate weight (10-25 lbs)
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, and talk or hear
