The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced and driven Lateral Associate - IP Litigation to join a top-tier team. This role offers the chance to make an impact by tackling complex intellectual property cases and contributing to groundbreaking litigation efforts. Your skills and expertise will drive success in an ever-evolving legal landscape.

What You'll Do

• Represent clients in intellectual property and patent litigation matters.
• Develop innovative legal strategies and draft motions, briefs, and pleadings.
• Manage PTAB disputes and contribute to case preparation for trials or appeals.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to navigate high-profile, high-stakes cases.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: Law school graduate from 2018- 2021 with prior experience in IP or patent litigation.
• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from a top law school. Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or similar fields is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong legal research, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Additional Qualifications: CAFC clerkship and PTAB dispute experience are a plus.

• Expertise in IP litigation and a thorough understanding of patent law.
• Analytical proficiency and a strategic approach to case management.
• Outstanding collaboration and team-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and courtroom advocacy.
