Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians in performing professional window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and exterior lighting installations.
- Conduct thorough job assessments and ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
- Efficiently organize and coordinate daily schedules to exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with management to optimize crew performance and elevate overall service quality.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and exterior lighting installations.
- Leadership experience is a plus, but we're also open to individuals with the desire to take the next step in leading a team.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:
- Shine values expertise and is willing to invest in it. We offer a competitive compensation of $18 to $25 per hour, or commission on the job, whichever is higher in a given day. Most of our team members find that the commission-based pay structure leads to earnings that can surpass $1,000 per week. Our lead technician consistently earns more than $1,000. We understand the value of your experience, and we are prepared to pay a higher starting hourly rate for those with proven window cleaning experience.

Training Period:
- There is a two-week training period before commission can be established. During this time, you'll receive comprehensive training to ensure you are well-equipped to deliver exceptional service and maximize your earning potential.
