Network Analyst
Contract Length: 6-12 months plus potential extension
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

We are seeking a skilled Network Analyst  to support an AMS RF mesh network. In this role, you will work independently and collaboratively to diagnose and resolve network issues, provide technical solutions, and update documentation for hardware and system procedures. You’ll be responsible for coordinating field activities, conducting trend and capacity analysis, and supporting firmware upgrades for millions of devices on the network.

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in a technical field at a minimum
• 3+ years of relevant experience in network support or telecommunications
• Solid knowledge of telecommunications network design, equipment technologies, and IT standards
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SQL, SharePoint, and Internet applications
• Previous experience with WMIS, AEGIS, and Tableau
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills is a must

Key Responsibilities:

• Update system and procedure documentation for network hardware
• Utilize WMIS to create work requests and track materials and scheduling
• Use AEGIS to design installation plans and integrate with WMIS
• Troubleshoot communication issues with meters, routers, collectors, and related devices
• Support firmware upgrades and ensure safe work practices
• Collaborate with internal teams and field technicians on network operations
