Overview:

Job Title: Office Business Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Office Business Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company, with a focus on managing multiple departments, ensuring smooth business operations, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to oversee key business functions such as HR, sales, inventory, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Business Operations: Oversee and manage daily operations across all departments, including Customer Service, Sales/Marketing, Inventory/Purchasing, and Shipping/Warehouse.
• HR Management: Handle internal HR issues, including employee contract renewals, time-off approvals, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Payroll Administration: Process payroll using ADP Workforce, ensuring timely and accurate payroll for all employees.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for top clients, handling order processing, shipment management, and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Inventory & Supply Management: Oversee weekly supply orders, approve accounts payable (AP) checks, and ensure inventory levels are adequately maintained. Experience with Cavallo, Great Plains, and/or Vantage Point EDI is a plus.
• Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth. Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Administrative Duties: Manage phone and LiveChat systems to ensure smooth customer support operations.
• Problem Solving & Leadership: Be proactive in identifying operational challenges, providing solutions, and guiding the team toward achieving company objectives.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience managing a small company or overseeing multiple departments.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
• Experience with payroll systems, particularly ADP Workforce.
• Familiarity with Cavallo, Great Plains, or Vantage Point EDI software is a plus.
• Sales experience is an advantage.
