Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and monthly reports.
• Maintain an orderly accounting system and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
• Oversee vendor management and outsourcing processes.
• Complete periodic bank reconciliations.
• Issue timely and comprehensive financial statements.
• Manage and oversee office staff, including hiring, coaching, counseling, disciplining, and terminating as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of progressive and relevant experience.
• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Experience with business applications and accounting software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient interpersonal skills for professional interaction with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Capability to encourage and implement process development.
• CDK experience a plus
• Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
