JOB SUMMARY:

Victory Performance located in Mooresville, NC is seeking team members to join our manufacturing team for the Operator, Swiss Screw Machine I opening.

• Ability to Operate CNC Swiss Screw Machines
• Proficient use of micrometers, calipers, various types of gauging, and specialized inspection equipment
• Maintain proper materials and lubrication levels for machines to consistently be in high operation
• Strong aptitude level for learning new parts and processes
• Proficient with preventive maintenance of machines
• Ability to operate multiple machines at once
• Have a strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose problems
• Quality mindset
• Operate equipment properly and safely
• Sets up and operates machine by work order, drawings, templates, or layouts
• Familiar with CNC machine/tool offset adjustments
• Follow work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
• Use of small hand tools
• Cleans/organizes/straightens areas as defined by Lead or Supervisor which may including wiping down the machines, removing trash, sweeping area, scrap bins, skids, boxes and/or other items that result from factory environment
• Performs additional duties and assignments as required

• Must have 1-3 years of Swiss Screw Experience
• Must be able to read and interpret inspection tools such as go/no go and dial bore gauges.
• Basic math skills.
• Knowledge in manufacturing process.
• Must be able to work overtime.
• Must be able to take direction and learn process.
