Duties and Responsibilities: As an Oral Surgeon, you will:

  • Deliver unmatched oral surgical care, turning patient apprehension into trust and confidence
  • Craft and communicate comprehensive treatment plans that ensure patients are fully informed and comfortable with every procedure
  • Use state-of-the-art techniques prioritizing minimal invasiveness, patient safety, and comfort
  • Diagnose and manage a wide array of oral and maxillofacial conditions, with expertise in everything from dental implants and bone grafting to corrective jaw surgeries and facial trauma
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and ethics, becoming a trusted and reliable figure for our patients
  • Stay ahead in the field of oral surgery by embracing ongoing education and the latest advancements in surgical techniques and technology

Essential Qualifications:

  • Hold a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree
  • Certification through The American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
  • A valid NY state license for oral surgery
  • Acquaintance with computer systems (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A calm, reassuring presence and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent patient care
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
