**Job Title: Real Estate Acquisition Consultant**

**Salary:** Competitive base salary plus commission

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to join our dynamic team! In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for buying and selling homes, following up on leads, valuing properties, estimating repairs, and closing deals. You will also conduct thorough due diligence on all acquisitions. No prior real estate experience is necessary, making this a fantastic opportunity for those with a strong sales background!

**What You Will Do:**

- Engage with leads to value properties, analyze comparable sales, and acquire new homes.
- Negotiate the acquisition and disposition of properties.
- Conduct extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
- Estimate repair costs and determine the After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties.
- Meet with homeowners to present competitive offers for their properties.
- Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.

**About You:**

- You have 4+ years of sales experience.
- You have consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales staff in your previous roles.
- You possess excellent communication skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office.
- You have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas through phone sales.
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred.
