We are exclusively retained by a global talent management agency that works with some of the biggest names in entertainment, music, sports, lifestyle and digital. They are looking to hire an experienced senior talent manager / director (This is not a Talent Acquisition/HR or Recruitment role). 

The Role

Were looking for an accomplished Senior Talent Diretor to work as part of a growing team to develop the careers and opportunities for talent in entertainment. Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll ideally bring a roster of talent, and also work alongside the team to manage the agencies established high-profile roster of talent in scripted or unscripted TV, Film and live events, driving revenues, devising strategy, and playing a key role in shaping the agencies leadership in the entertainment space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the signing and career development for top-tier entertainment talent.
• Drive revenue growth through endorsements, partnerships, and high-value deals.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with studios, networks, and streaming platforms, brands and agencies.
• Oversee contract negotiations and develop innovative talent brand strategies.
• Mentor more junior talent managers and collaborate with internal teams to maximize visibility and profitability.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in senior talent management, or talent agent roles in entertainment.
• Established roster of high-profile entertainment talent.
• Strong network across the entertainment industry, with agencies, brands and studios.
• Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth.
• Exceptional negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
