Job title: Service Desk Analyst
Location: Farmington Hills, MI
Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 100% onsite
Required experience: Experience supporting device management, TEAMS, Zoom, and conference room audio/video technology, Active Directory, virtual desktops, ticketing systems
Job Description Provides effective and efficient information technology services to the organization including first level support for incident resolution and requests, alert communications and user provisioning administration.
Essential Tasks/Major Duties
•Provide hardware and software problem resolution to both internal and external customers per service level standards.
•Document all reported issues and resolutions in the incident management system.
•Ensure users are updated on progress of issue resolution per service standards.
•Escalate issues to the appropriate subject matter expert and or management when necessary.
•Administer user provisioning and related access permissions for designated organization systems.
•Maintain accurate service desk processes and procedures.
Required:
•3+ years information technology service desk experience supporting device management, TEAMS, Zoom, and conference room audio/video technology, Active Directory, virtual desktops, ticketing systems
•Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
•Demonstrated successful ability to build positive relationships and partnerships within department, across the organization and with external customers.
•Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
•Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
