Our internship program gives early-career professionals an opportunity to explore the world of communications at a top-tier global communications agency during an exhilarating 10-week experience. During this paid internship, interns work alongside top professionals in the field, participating in everything from strategy and planning discussions to creative brainstorms aimed at capturing national news, shaping public opinion and sparking community engagement.

We are looking to hire a Social Intelligence Intern to join our Social Listening and Intelligence Analytics team. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of social media listening, cultural and competitor trends, analytics reporting, excellent research and writing skills, and a passion for identifying digital analytics insights. If you are passionate about social & digital analytics and have an interest in working with us, we want to speak with you.

Experience that contributes to your success:

- Strong research, written and verbal communication skills

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle high-pressure situations

- Detail-oriented while keeping sight of bigger picture/trends; intellectually curious

- Keen eye for data trends and the ability to investigate and extract insights from large, technical data sets

- MS Office knowledge including Excel (pivot tables and Macro knowledge a plus) and PowerPoint.

- Basic understanding of social listening (Boolean Language) & SQL
